What forms of payment can I use?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay & Google Pay.

Why are there Sales Taxes applied on my order?
We ship from France. Depending on where you ship the order to, the country has taxes regulations that we have to comply with.

Do you ship internationally? 
We do ship internationally, if you encounter a problem at check out stating we don't ship to your country, email our care team at contact@specificofficial.com and we will do our best to fulfill your order.

What about sustainability?
As a new label, we are working hard toward this and are making every step we possibly can toward sustainability. The warehouse we use is eco friendly with low carbon emission and green supply chain system. We try source fabrics that are recycled or recyclable. The zip fabric are made out of recycled plastic bottles and the survival blanket fabric we use for the survival collection is fully recycled and recyclable. We are currently working with organisations that help women entering or reentering the workplace in the Uk or USA to donate any items that can't be sold or has been returned to us (in the sole purpose of being donated to these organization) will be sent out by us to these amazing organization so we recycle the product and give it a second life.

We are not where we want to be in the sustainability yet but we are working on it so stay tuned for more eco friendly news....

How much does shipping costs?
Exact shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout and will depend on the shipping location and service chosen. We worked with our warehouse and transporteur to apply a flat price.

How will I know that my order has shipped & can I track it?
As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email confirming the items in the shipment. You will be able to track your order with the tracking number provided.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been shipped?
No information can be changed once an order has shipped.

I can’t find the item I am looking for. How can I find it?
Simply type the term you are looking for into the search box located in the top right hand corner of your screen. You can search either by style number or any keyword. You can search by collection or category in the menu on the top right corner. You can search by color on the home page. If you can't find an item you really want, if it is from a previous collection or if it is out of stock, please email our care team : contact@specificofficial.com

Does SPECIFIC offer price matching?
SPECIFIC does not price adjust to match other retailer’s pricing.

I am no longer using my SPECIFIC items and it sits in my closet, what can I do?
We are in the process of working with organizations in the UK and the USA that help women reentering the workforce by giving them the work proper outfit and help them nail the interview process. If you are no longer using your SPECIFIC items, email us at contact@specificofficial.com and we will gladly take care of receiving your items and ship it to the organization. You will make a difference in someone's life and give another life to the SPECIFIC items.

When will my order ship?
We process the order within 24h to 48h. We ship orders Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or French national holidays:
